They're an advertiser here. I bought one of their boxes with a premounted PEM and drilled/screened for use as a preamp case. It looks great and assembled easily. Fast service. I'd use them again.
Another nice option for predrilled metal is www.frontpanelexpress.com . These aren't boxes, but can be used for more intricate assemblies.

the www.diyenclosures.com are nice chassis and the heatsinks make the deal compelling -- you will have to drill and tap holes in the heatsink -- I have two of the boxes which will take on some amplifiers.
if you are especially cheap like me you could troll for treasure looking for the dated HP, Tek, Fluke, Krohn-Hite stuff -- these are all first rate --

I have purchased from par-metal, and hammond from mouser. The par-metal anodized doesn't have the prettiest finish, but was easy to work with. The hammond has an excellent finish, but has a cheap feel to it (doesn't come together without gaps), and requires more screws to be removed to work in.
This place has many pre-made chassis and other tube related goodies.
