A complete guess would be that it is a custom design for an APC uninterruptible power supply.
It doesn't seem to exist in the Aerovox catalogue although it may be an old type or pre ROHS.

You can't really tell from the outside in this case I'm afraid.
You could measure capacitance change with temperature but it's not very practical.
I guess you'll just have to listen to them unless someone has any other ideas?
The Aerovox PDF does show that they use dark blue plastic.
(Not exactly exclusive to them but......)

The shop can show a box outsite with Aerovox printing but they got no idea what is the part number as there is no other label. Price is reasonable and thus I took 20 pcs to try.
I am listening them in my Jefet IV output coupling and it sound quiet good. Still breaking-in to third day.
