Just for fun, i purchased some 2sc3519's from goldmine-elec.com . they had them pretty cheap a while back.
So i cracked one open and found the die size is 5mm x 5mm, or 0.25 cm^2. this device is in a to247 case, and the die appears to fit nicely, so i'm guessing it is a legit part. any opinions on this?
