What is the best replacement for 2sa620wl? I Was thinking about: 2sa872a, 2sa1127 or bc560c. What is the best way to replace this unique 2sa620wl?

This 2sa620wl transistor works in power amp of ka-5500 kenwood amplifire and is signed Qe9 and Qe10.
