John,

Re: PEH 169 105c - 20 pcs each
(NOTE: I've assumed you'd prefer a plain can rather than stud-mount)

22000uf/63v (PEH169MT5220QU2) - 75mm diam x 105mm height
£19.06 each (availability 26th March 2009)

33000uf/63v (PEH169MC4330QU2) - 75mm diam x 115mm height £Still Waiting

For both the 220uf/500v and 330uf/500v, Rifa only do PEH169's up to 350V:

220uf/350v (PEH169UC3220QU2) - 35mm diam x 75mm height
£Still Waiting

330uf/350v (PEH169UD3330QU2) - 35mm diam x 95mm height
£7.62 each (availability 26th March 2009)

If you need the full 500V, I can get you pricing on 500V rated 220uF/330uF caps from F&T.

Let me know,

Matt

Excellent news.

I also did a test reform of some old PEH 169's the other day and got the leakage current all the way down to 8uA, which I reckon is about as good as you'll get for an electrolytic.

Let me know how they work out when they're fitted....

Done, even if not finished the amp is a bit more dynamic and more bass weight. Better than old and abused OEM caps even if were BHC.
Good stuff dude!

I'm currently searching for the following :
PEH 169 105
22000/25V or 33000/25V or 22000/40V
Would you have one of those availabe ?
Thanks, regards, Raoul

Raoul
Currently, I can only provide 22000/63V (GBP21.79 each), which may be oversized for your application.
Give me a day or two and I'll see if I can supply the parts you've requested.
BTW, how many were you looking for?
Thanks,
Matt

FOR SALE: One Big Amp
Requires two new power capacitors, ideally Rifa PEH169 22000uF @ 63V. €5000 ONO

Sorry my english is not that for for I've misued the word " to offer " as " offrir " in french wich means " give a gift "... until it's free it's too expensive! (and who is this Matthew King on my bill ? ,) )
Cool Raoul, good stuff and good shop !

I am very pleased with the RIFAs Matt supplied me. Plus the mail delivery was very swift.

A note of interest: These new new stock RIFAs do not make splashing sounds when shaken. Rumour has it that the electrolyte is in a gel now.

The sound: The fat bass of my Doxa 70 based Daner Namit has tightened nicely. The sound is now neutral and very natural.
