Question re-using Sillpads and similar

Hi,
can a Sil pad be re-used?

What if the adhesive side is still intact stuck to the sink?

What if the adhesive has come off on the transistor?

Is there a temperature above which the Sil pad cannot be re-used? Is the texture on the pad an indication that the pad has never reached it's phase change temperature?

What about all the other makes of non-goo thermal conducting pads?
