Default Full-turn/partial-turn pots

So many, in fact pretty much all of the audio pots I see advertised are classified as "full turn." Does this mean they literally turn 360 degrees, from 6 o'clock to 6 oc? If so, where would I find a pot geared more toward a typical receiver, or guitar amp, that goes from about 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock?

300 degrees is typical.

The only time I have seen full 360 degree pots was for antenna rotator position sensors.
