Suggestion for NKT877 or 677 replacement needed !!!
I need to replace an NKT877 - 677 (the marking is unclear) transistor in a small signal amp circuit (0 to -15V).
Any info regarding substitute for the NKT877-677 is welcome ! I've got a big bunch of Ge Xtor mostly european AC & OC devices. Thanks
