Hi there,
there is a uk seller on e-Bay for silmics http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4x-ELNA-ROS-S...ryZ50423QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Limited values and voltages otherwise Digikey now sell them . Look for elna RFS series www.digikey.com.
Why such a high voltage for a cd player?

Hi Thomo,
Stargets ROD series were actually at the bottom of the elna hierarchy. They are no longer made and seem to have been dropped by retailers, RS used to stock them.
I personally like silmics for analogue circuits but I'm unsure of their merits in digital circuits.
If these are the main smoothing caps before the various regulators
Iwould try a low esr cap such as panasonic FC or FM series, widely available and cheap (RS or Farnell) or Rubyicon ZL or ZA.
What are the values of the caps you are relacing and how many do you need?
Khush
