What is the difference between a DIL 8-pin socket and a SIL 8-pin socket?
I have just purchased online various parts for modding an Entech number cruncher 203.2 but forgot to order an 8-in socket. This part:- AD8066 assembly dual SMT to dual DIP adaptor has to plug into a 8-pin socket. I think it should plug into a SIL socket but only being a novice I am not sure! Are there any photos on the web of "Wildmonkeysects Filter mod" showing the components installed on the Entech 203.2 board? Aitcho |
