 I look for the good substitute for the transistor 2SC1740S ROHM http://www.rohm.com/products/databoo...f/2sc2412k.pdf  Vcbo = 60V, Vceo = 50V, Icm = 150mA, Pt = 300mW, hFE = 120..560 NPN Type tnx ! |

I have to replace this transistor in my guitar amp but here in Italy it is difficult to find them. (from RHOM) I now go to give a look to these transistors... BC182 (ON-semi) http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/BC182-D.PDF BC 546 (also ON-semi) http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/BC546-D.PDF bye
