Well, I realised my ARCAM ALPHA * integrated is 10 years old and needs at least caps replacement.
Short: Arcam utilizes 2 JAMICON 10.000 caps and I have only option so far and that is NIPON CHEMI-CON caps of same value.
Should I do it?
Integrated is used both as amp and pre-amp together with Arcam 9p power amp in bi-amp configuration.
Power amp is 9 yrs old and uses RUBYCON caps. should I change those and for what?
Thankya

why are you changing the caps? is the amp dead?
chemicon isn't exactly hifi quality like elna or BG so you may not "hear" any difference.
ps. if it's amp, I'll wait til it really needs replacing.
And if I'm replacing the caps just for the sake of putting new in it, I'll see if I can get nichicon, elna or BG.
