Default replacement for BC477

Hi , i am repairing an old amplifier which has a dc offset problem and i need to replace some transistors which are bc477 , i wondered if any body could suggest a common replacement for these (maplin and rs do not no longer stock them ) vc 80v , hfe 100+ , ic 0.1a , ft 150m thanks for any help camt

BC556 is 65 VCE and if your circuit is less ( <= 2x32VDC ) it will do fine.

If you need more (= 80V)
you may try BC640, which is a good 80 VCE transistor
which have all the data you give for BC477, and better

From practical reasons, it may be best to replace BCxxx with another BCxxx.
There is a good chance they have same PIN configuration. E B C.
