try Future Electronics -- this part was obsoleted by national semi a while ago -- you can also use the Analog Devices super-match pair.

I found datasheet on MAT02, says direct replacement for the LM394.

MAT02 is obsolete --
Digikey has some SSM2210, and if you can take a minimum 50 pieces you can order directly from ADI. |

The SSM2210 and SSM2220 appear available on ADI's webstore -- in PDIP and SOIC.
Bob Pease has a good article in his archive on super-matching transistors. |
