Default Directionality of V-Cap TFTF?

I just found a set of V-Caps in a "parts only" amp I received in trade. Is there a preferred orientation (directionality) when using them to bypass power supply electrolytics?

when you are holding the cap in your hands, looking at the label, and the words are correctly laid out in front of you (a lead out the left and a lead out the right), the left lead is the outer foil, or the positive (+) terminal connection.
"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." - Carl Sagan. Sometimes the claims aren't extraordinary. Sometimes the weakness of men's minds are the culprit. Mass mentality has nothing to do with obviousness or truths.
