USA source for bronze perforated plate?

Thanks for pointing me to McMaster. No perforated bronze, but the 3/16" solid plate in anything approaching the size I need is north of $230. Copper didn't appear much cheaper. Looks like I may need to rethink the material. Although I need perforated for heat dissipation.

Go to a scrapyard.

I recall seeing some 1/8" x 3.5" x 14" bars. 3-4$ a lb., IIRC.

With a little work and some brazing, you could produce what you're looking for.
