Yes and no. If you use it for its designed purpose, within its specs, yes. If you you it for some other purpose or outside its specs, no.

Does anyone know if these will work @ 3.5v?
The spec sheet says they will work at 75% of their rated voltage which is 3.75v. I'm only 0.25v short.
