SMD ceramic cap. Which one?

Hi everybody!
I'm searching for a good SMD, small-value (10-47pf), 1206-size, bandwidth limiting capacitor (Clim - see picture).

I couldn't find silver-mica or polystyrene SMD caps, so I think the only possible choice is to use a ceramic capacitor
like the Epcos COG B37940 .
Besides impedance linearity up to very high frequencies (100 MHz?), there is more to consider?

COG or NP0 material are OK.
Working voltage should be high enough. There is not
much more to choose.

1206 size 50V dc. NPO

10pF 360-6030 order code

22pF 360-6041

heartfelt thanks for your kind help, I think I'll try and use the COG caps I mentioned above and eventually the Farnell NPO caps.
