Hi,
I have been lurking and reading on this forum for a while now, it's awesome. For my first project i want to create a decent speaker cable, currently i am using a Cable Talk 3.1 to connect my B&W 801's to an aging Quad 306. I was thinking of this cable http://www.tnt-audio.com/clinica/ubyte2e.html which is based on on coaxial. Looking in the Maplins catalogue im stuck between the advised cable (FT125 - OrderCode: XS46A) and a coaxial options with Silver tinned copper (N61AR) or an all silver option (XS56L). The all silver option is made from 6 individaul strands where the others are solid core, does anyone have any suggestion for which would be the best? Many Thanks Ben |
