Identifying a cap...

I have a bunch of these caps...Mil surplus.

The package says 'ceramic', but I suspect that that simply refers to the outer casing. They measure 1µf (and are marked '105') and the Mil part number suggests a 100V rating, but these would be the smallest 1µf non-electrolytic I've ever seen. They are way too small and thin to be of ceramic conctruction...about the size of a 220pf ceramic cap.

Any idea of what they are? Stacked film? Or is there a stacked form of ceramic that could achieve this capacitance in this small a form-factor?
