I'l looking for a nice coaxial rotary switch/pot.
I want a nice volume knob, it can be stereo potentiometer of I could use a switched attenuator. I thn want a rotary switch as a skirt arount the volume knob if that makes sense. If not I want a unit with a pot(or rotary switch) on a shaft, with a tube over the shaft that is attached to a rotary switch. the pot should be about 20k Ohm, suitable for passive volumer control, the rotary switch needs about 4 or 5 positions. does anyone know of anything suitable? |

Does anyone do a rotary switch that would accept a tube rather than a solid shaft for rotating it? then I could just pick a regular potentiometer and run the shaft through the centre of the tube I'll use for the rotary switch.
just a thought that may widen my options. |
