Parts Search DTS425 and MJ4361
Hi. I'm looking for these High Voltage transistors. Anynbody got some?
DTS425: TO-3 STEEL NPN 100W 700V 3.5A Horizontal Output MJ4361 : TO-66 NPN 400V, 1.5A In case I don't find them anywhere, I found these equivalent. Do you think they make sense? The physical layout is not critical, this is for a new design, a tube High Voltage Power Supply regulator. DTS425 = NTE163A MJ4361 = Motorola MJE13003 = TIP50 Thanks in advance... |
