Search gives me some American brands I've never seen over here, so UK only please.

What's best for killing noise when the knob's moved? Choices seem to be,
  • Maplin Electrical Solvent Cleaner - got some, not impressed. No idea what solvent it is.
  • Servisol IPA 170
  • Electrolube 99.7% IPA (a more expensive IPA)
  • Servisol Aero Klene 50
  • Any other to recommend?

I always use 'Servisol Super 40', it's a WD40 clone - works far better than any switch-cleaners I've used. Been using it probably for 25 years professionally?, never had a problem with it, the lubrication properties of it really seem to help with pots.
