STM4023/STM4024 specs
good day to everyone!
can someone please help me determine the specifications of these MOSFET devices. i tried ONSemi and i got a reply that its proprietary hence no datasheet is available. i am more interested in the MAXIMUM CURRENT CAPACITY of these devices. thanks in advance. |
