I have a manual for the older TM3A version. It's a very good meter.

It turns out that my manual is for the entire TM3 and TM6 series. I have scanned it for you (930kb). I will email you and when you respond, I can send you the scans.

Please, sent me a copy of manuals scan, too. I looking for technical data of TM3a. I can buy TM3a, but I don't know if it works at 1MHz (I find info that it wokrs from 1hz-3mhz)
