Question Buying bits'n'bobs...

(Previously posted in 'Tubes', but probably more suited to here...)

What are the best places to buy componants for restoring old equipment?

As per a previous thread I have an old SP8 that looks to need some new capasitors for the power supply etc., but I didn't seem to be able to find anything via google yeasterday...

There are lots of places that sell rel-caps, wonder-caps, or Wima PP. You can do better with current production electrolytics than chasing original Spragues for your AR.
