Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has a link to a datasheet on these devices. There NPN types. TO-92's. Found it very difficult to find any PDF's with graphs showing characteristics of these devices. Or anyone know which Motorola transistor book there in ? The BC651 is a slightly higher voltage version I beleive. Thanks |
