No just current rating is affected, as they are normally paralleled.

Default MBR20200CT

Hi crippledchicken, thanks, I’m curious about this also. Your MBR20200CT is a common cathode TO-220 Schottky diode (as you know)

http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/MBR20200CT-D.PDF

I was encouraged to make a simple bridge using the common cathode TO220 as well from the “What Schottky have been used’ thread. Freakyone supplied this schematic

http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showt...648#post908648

And I drew this one from it –

Wondering the same thing. It seems correct, but curious as well.

Hope you don’t mind if I jump in looking for an answer/confirmation as well.

Stan
