I got a Denon amp in that has a blown channel...but it doesn't use standard transistor (I believe)

They are these 5 pin guys MN15N and MP15P made by Sanken.

Anyone know what they are?? I checked Sankens site but it didn't come up with anything.

Sanken numbers are SAP15N and SAP15P. Data sheets are on the net (try google). If not, mail me, I can sent them to you.

You can buy them from Digikey (US) or Profusion (UK).

Yes. They are darlingtons with built-in bias diode, base drain resistor and emitter resistor. See data sheet.

HI, if they are really SAP15N and SAP15P, since you live in BC, just look at this website . They are in BC and they have them on stock, Good luck

Thanks for the help, that helps a lot now that I know what they are and pacificsemi has them for 5 ducks US.

P.S Denon wants 15 bucks each :eek:
