Scientific Conversion claims on their website that their surface-mount transformers are in SO-8 package, but they aren't. I found this out the hard way when my board footprint was way too small for the transformer.
The actual dimensions of these transformers are as follows: Pin center-to-center: .082" Pin width: .022" Package width: .325" Package width including pins: .465" Package length: .400" Package height: .220" |
