Hello,
does anyone know where in Europe can I buy MJL4281a/4302a or genuine Toshiba 2SC5200/2SA1943? I can't order samples from Onsemi because I don't have a credit card. Their distributor in my country will only sell 50 pcs or more, but I need 4. Thanks, M. |

If you are ordering from OnSemi anyway, you might also consider the MJL0281/0302, a very nice transistor and up to now only available as samples... Too new ?
