Can anyone tell me where I can get insulated thermal pads for the LM3886 and LM4780? And the insulating washers?
And yes I have searched but all I can find is mica pads for transistors.

Just have a look at some of the larger transistor ones that are about 25mm x 38mm and add the extra hole. I ended up getting some for the MT200 package which only needed a slight change to the hole centres.
You should be able to pick up the insulating washers anywhere. The LM4780 is an awkward chip to mount and is possible for the holding screws to short on the body of the chip (so I found out). Ended up making a plate to sit over the front to keep the screws apart and insulated the screws between that and the heatsink.

Mouser has the insulators you are looking for.

Thanks guys. If Mouser has them, what do I search for? Seems like everywhere you go, they are called something different. I searched "Thermal Pads" and "Insulating Pads" no luck.
