Default Anyone used PCBs from Futurlec?

I was playing around with their automated quotes and for a 60mm x 90mm Double sided pcb with silkscreen and solder mask got this:

Printed Circuit Board Quotation
Qty Description Each Total
10 Double-Sided Printed Circuit Boards 5.40 54.00
1 Silk-Screening for above boards 12.00 12.00
2 Solder-Mask for above boards 12.00 24.00
1 Setup and Artwork for above boards 15.00 15.00
Total (USD) 105

Total (USD) 591

Interesting that the unit price stays the same. For 1 double sided board with no silkscreen or solder mask it's $15 + $5.40.

Can anyone comment on the quality?
