Digikey has those caps but not sure if there is a place closser to you.
Those caps are very easy to solder on and off of board, the leds bend out then around the cap so you can heat the pins from the sides to get them off.

On most of the SMD electro's i've seen like that,there has been a little plastic spacer on the bottom,with a "notch" cut into one side-I *think* the positive lead,but i'm not sure.(correct me if i'm wrong)
If the plastic spacers are still on the board(being held on by the pins?),you could probably figure out which pin is which.
Edit: In the above pic (if you look close) the plastic spacer bit has the corners rounded off under the (+) terminal.
