I know there are some digital designs out there but I was thinking more of a ready kit for motorized alps pot because its cheaper.
I have seen some expensive kits but I don´t want to spend 100 usd on standard pcb circuit that must have cost 5 usd to make. |

You might check my PIC tutorials at WinPicProg it provides everything you need to make your own PIC based remote control system, you can even use a Sony remote if you want - or make your own.

I use these on my Alps motorised pots.
http://www.altronics.com.au/index.as...=item&id=K5026 I don't know what shipping would be but you could always ask to have it supplied without the Alpha motorised pot which is iffy anyway.
