Question identifying a to92 transistor (S107)

Anyone know what the full name of this transistor might be?

Its marked: "S107" PH92

Its from a late -90s amplifier

BS107 perhaps?

It could be BS107 which is a mosfet or a TIS107 which is a transistor. A DMM could help you here.

BS107: V-MOS, LogL, 200V, 0,13A, 1W, <26ohm
TIS107: Uni, 60V, 0,2A, 0,36W, >200MHz

thanks for the help Hugo.

I have a Multimeter with NPN&PNP transistor tester that measures HFE.

How can i use it to identify it?

Basically, if the DMM has a diode tester you should be able to measure the BE and BC diode if it's a transistor.
If it's a fet, with the probes between drain and source and touching the gate with your finger the fet should start conducting.
I don't have the correct pin out at hand at the moment so you'll have to find it with some trial and error.
Here a more visual approach; pictures tell a thousand words...

The BS107 is usually used as a relay driver.
MOSFETs have a parasitc diode between source and drain
