I need to replace a transitor marked as:
U2724E 7351 It is a small signal transistor out of an RMS module in a dbx 117. The second number may be a date code, as the dbx was made in the 1970's. I have the general schematic for the dbx, but the modules are shielded, sealed units and the schematic does not show what's inside them. I pulled the pcb out of the module (the potting material melted easily) to test individual components. I searched the web (via Google) and Mouser's site, but did not find reasonable matches. Where is a good place to look? Thanks. |
