Default MUR860 still good or not?

Hi,
Yesterday, I tried to assemble my first gainclone. The first component (MUR 860 diode) i soldered was in the wrong way...Way to go! I tried to un-soldered it with much difficulty,
Now I don't know if it could been burnt by the pretty long heat exposure of my iron (regulated weller) I mesured the voltage drop with my multimeter and it was off compared to the other good ones. (0.421 V vs. 0.423 V)

Is it fine? Can it be domaged or it would simply be dead if it was overheated?

Should I just soldered it and forget about it?

thanks a lot.

The diode seems to be OK. You have to burn quite a lot the damage semiconductors of silicone. I have never done it in my entire life!

Yeap, Once I wrapped bc337 to hang from soldering iron and leave it there for a day. And it was still working fine when I later tested it. I think old germanium semiconductors are the only ones that you have good change to damage with soldering iron.

Actually annealing signal transistors at something like 200-300c can lower their noise, but lets not tell that to snakeoil-salesmens
