I'm referring to using Jensen 4 poles in a regulated power supply circuit, one after the rectification and one after the linear regulator. With this sort of decoupled design are smaller bypasses still generally needed?

I basically have the same question. As good as the Jensens are said to be, something tells me they will still benefit with bypassing with a poly cap. They are after all electrolytics.
