Default RAYT7649 IC replacements

Is there a replacement for a DIP-14 with the following stamped on it:

RAYT7649 ?

I am having trouble finding originals or replacements.

Thanks.

Hi
Looks like a manufacturers code - Rayt(heon)
and a date code - week 49 of 1976.
No other numbers or markings?

There are other markings, and they are:

11-0164.

This code is on the board as well as the device, so I should have provided this too.

It was the first number I first searched with, and no IC's resulted, but the 7649 did result in IC's -- just poor matches.

I'll try again with 11-0164.

One source (RFQ ElectronIC's) has the 11-0164 IC, but their minimum order is $100.

I can't even find a data sheet on this device.

No need for anymore help. The 11-064 seems to be an SAE number (all of the active components have weird numbers, while those for passive ones make sense).

I found a schematic, and the 11-0164 stamp corresponds to an LM339, which is very easy to find and cheap, too.
