Hi all,
Does anyone know what the substitue for BUZ23 is? It is a 100V, 10A mosfet from Siemens. I was building a subwoofer amp from an old Elektor circuit and could not find BUZ23 in the local market. Thanks and cheers, Vivek

Go to www.onsemi.com to search for a cross.

BUZ23 is a Mosfet, Onsemi will be useless.
Try Semelab/Magnatec (IRF450 ?)

I think I could use the IRF450 (500V, 12A) or IRF130 (100V, 14A) for the BUZ23.
