HP6294A info
Need a circuit diagram for this PSU please, also what is a 4JX12A839 ? Got 6 legs , old small tcan ransistor body type.

Hi JDeV,
I don't know for sure, but it sounds like it's a dual transistor. Used as a diff pair normally (knowing HP, it wouldn't surprise me at all). This should be easy to test. Get out your DVM with diode test. -Chris |
