Oscope Dumont 190

Hi All
Just getting back in to audio again.
Went to turn on the ol'Scope and nada. Seems like the timebase/Hor sweep plug-in has a problem. With the beam finder I can get the CRT dot to move up and down but it wont sweep. I'm bummed this worked fine a few years ago. Anyway I need help locating a schematic/service repair document for it.

Dumont Model 190 series
with 1908 plugin & 1913 plugin

I think its a early seventies USN issue

Is this a valve unit or ss. I had a Telequipment Serviscope with a temperamental sweep that eventually wouldn't sweep. It was just a matter of low emission. Most of the valves were fairly equally worn out.

scope is SS (dual 60M delayed sw).
I think it is quite nicely built and would hate to toss it.
Should be many units floating around here in SoCal. Guy I bought it from, mostly sold manuals at the ham fest in LA (go figure) but lost contact.
Note sure if it would be worth having it sent to a shop.

I was hoping someone from the forum can give me a couple of leads to hunt down a schematic.
