Need Info/Datasheet/possible Replacement on H1061 transistor
hello fellow members, i need a little help here! Where can i find the datasheet of this transistor(H1061) and the equivalent of this device?

Help us help you. Can you post a picture? What's it in (make / model) and what does it do? Any idea what the voltages / currents are? Case style? I did find this by searching with Google. -Chris |
