Dealings with Audiocom International

Who has ordered from Audiocom International in the UK. They seem awfully slow in delivering and answering my e-mail

Yes, very slow delivery. Several weeks within Europe.

I have ordered a DACT input selector 2 year ago, it came in 1 week. Before ordering I spoke with them by phone to make sure the selector they had in stock was exactly what I wanted and they were very friendly, answering all my questions.

Another thread says that www.schuro.de is very slow if not ignoring requests. My experience with schuro.de is very easy to trade with
