yesterday my pioneer DEH-P5500MP did fall down, i put on and noted that display doesn't work good, part of numbers and letters are missing. anybody knows how much can cost to fix something like that?, display is a multicolor lcd, please tell me if yoy know. I visit site crystalfontz.com but there is a lot of display and i cannot figure out the model.

Hi anton,
Get the part from Pioneer if possible. Any authorized warranty shop should be able to get you a price on it. Get the part # while you are at it. The part # will be a Pioneer in house number, not useful to the OEM. So you can't second source it that way. If you are not comfortable with soldering, have the Pioneer warranty shop do the work. -Chris |
