k218 k68 Fets?
Dear all,
I encountered a stock of these fets, but I am not able to track the data sheet for these FETs. Does anybody have any info on these? I think they are 2sk218 and 2sk068 TIA

The devices are the NEC 2SK68 (50V device, lowest current ranking (0.5-1.5 ma), pin out looking at the flat side of the case D-G-S) and the Matsushita/Panasonic 2SK218. You can find the data sheet for the 218 in 5 minutes with a Google search.
