I am making slow steady progress. This doa power suplly is a little closer to working. Ihave checked caps and resistors(replaced a couple) I checked the transistors with DVOM diode test they passed that test.
My -15 volt output is -17Vdc +15 volt output is -8Vdc. I could just buy a new IC and a couple of transistors to be sure but I won't learn anything. I would like to test and repair the circuit or customize it to give me +/- 15Vdc. I think I have a 78xx regulator here. Don't know if that would be of any use. It is hard for me to get parts here in farm country. We have no electronics supplier. I have to recycle parts when I can and I need to find good supplier in Canada. I recently paid $30 shipping for 2 ICs that cost $1.00 each Thanks Joe |
