Thumbs up intiligent mosfet switch

any one can help me in finding PFET OR NFET to work as aswitch . the control signals is output of FPGA and the FET prefer to have overtemp or over current protection . the rating is 100vmax (30vtypical) , load current max 50A load ( protection 30-40).

thanks for any help

Check www.infineon.com which has loads of high-side and low-side switches up to 100 A or so.

I use International Rectifiers IPS 511 with good resuslts, but that is only 5A...
there is IPS0151 rated for 35 A.
There is also the BTS series from Infineon, which looks good for logic control, but I haven't used them.. slightly higher current than I need. BTS 555 is a high current version.
Google for "Smart power switch".... also decide if you want high or low side switching...

We use BTS660 which is pretty nice and you have also BTS550 for lower voltages. Remember you can put those switches in parallel in order to get more current.
