Well I'm guessing that they are rf transistors but I can't find any info on them right off. They are from a microwave power amp. The pic is blurry (cell phone) but you get the idea what they look like. Any Idea what they are? They are about 1.5cm long and about 7 mm wide, appear to be 'gold' plated and mount flat on a heatsink.They have the following markings:
'mitsubishi symbol..3 diamonds' X35V 0510 02C and another no symbol X35V 0510 9XA
